Any time is a good time at Piano Time! Today we will be blogging and reviewing the Casio PX160!

Much like the CDP135, the PX160 is a perfect optinon for those after a more budget friendly solution to your digital piano needs. The PX160 has been revamped with new and exciting features, so let's have a look at what it's packing under the hood.

Features

The PX160 has a new elegant look, and looks quite dashing (and you can get it in a couple of finishes too!), as well as some new tones (electric pianos and string ensembles). You can also connect two headphones to the PX160 with two headphone jacks on the front of the unit. Perfect for duets or for splitting signals.

Build

The PX160 has three sensitivity levels in the keybed, making for an expressive and personal unit. It also has a whopping 18 built in tones (a large number for a budget unit!) which covers jazz organs all the way to strings. Build quality is again, exceptional.

If you were after an even cheaper option, check out the CDP135
