The Wertheim factory was originally established in 1908, in Bendigo St, Richmond, now site of the Channel Nine television studios. The Wertheim pianos are now proudly produced in a world class state of the art facility. All Wertheim pianos have a twelve year manurfactures warranty. The unique added advantage of Wertheim pianos is that every Wertheim piano is inspected by an Australian certified Wertheim piano technician before it leaves the factory for Australia.

Also featured in the store is a selection of the famous Young Chang Korean manufactured pianos. Young Chang is a world leader in piano manufacture and utilises some of the latest piano innovations for design and performance. The current Platinum Series Young Chang pianos incorporate piano actions developed by Pramburger (ex Steinway and Sons). Also on show are second hand premium quality pianos such as Yamaha and Kawai.
